Scapeland came to save the day. The initial bid was good and when the work turned out to be considerably more than originally planned, they were very courteous and reasonable in negotiating. "I have an area in my backyard that would puddle in the winter when it’s above freezing and raining. I had to pump it out to my driveway to prevent it from getting into the addition to my garage. Nate assessed the problem, came up with a plan and his crew carried it out. They created a low spot in the area and installed a dry well surrounded by landscape rock that is cohesive with the surrounding landscape. Nate was a very good listener and communicated well throughout the process. He and his crew listened and responded to all of my concerns and took care of everything to my satisfaction. They used a dry fit technique but these walls will now hold up better than they did previously and we suspect these walls were over 30 years old.
